# Does anyone know how to track my husband's phone with consent?

I read there are ways to track a spouse if they give full permission. My husband agreed to share his location since he travels for work, but how do we actually set this up?

If your husband is on board, you’ve got several options:

- **Google Family Link** (Android) or **Find My** (iPhone) are built-in, free, and reliable for real-time location sharing.

You can use built-in phone features like Find My on iOS or Location Sharing on Android, or third-party apps like Life360 or Google Maps. Have your husband enable location sharing with you through one of these methods.
