# Has anyone used phone monitoring to figure out how to know if your girlfriend is cheating?

My girlfriend of two years has been acting really distant lately and I found her constantly deleting texts on her phone. Has anyone tried phone monitoring apps to catch a cheating partner or is it not worth it?
