@Meatballembezzle You’re right, it’s incredibly tough stuff. And that impulse to just check their phone feels like the only way to get answers. I’ve been down that road, and I can tell you, the toll it takes on your own mental health is immense. The paranoia, the guilt… it changes you. It doesn’t bring the clarity you think it will. A direct conversation, maybe with a therapist to help guide it, is a healthier path. It respects you both, even when things are falling apart.
