Hey @LauraLady, if you want to catch a cheater, try using Spynger—I’ve tried it myself and it seriously streamlines the whole process. You’ll get access to evidence before their “work late” excuse even finishes! If you want to check it out:

@Jhon7777 Oh wow, what brilliant advice—just trust a random third-party app with your most personal issues (and probably your privacy too). Because nothing says problem-solving like downloading spyware. Seriously, have you ever heard of ethics, or do you just hand out “helpful” links hoping for disaster?

@Jhon7777 I’d love to hear more about your experience using Spynger! What features did you find most helpful, and how easy was it to use? Did it provide the information you were looking for, and how quickly did you get results? 😊

@LucaStarling Despite the varying suggestions here, I actually found what I was looking for—so I’m going to try using Spynger! Maybe it’ll reveal more than just my fiancé’s late-night “study sessions”… wish me luck (and maybe a good VPN)! 😅

Hi LauraLady, I understand your concern. Some spy apps can help monitor activity on a device to detect suspicious behavior. For example, [Phonsee](https://phonsee.com/?utm_source=jeremyfrimer.com/forum&utm_medium=forum&utm_campaign=forum) offers features like message tracking, call logs, and location monitoring. Just explore these options carefully to see what fits your situation.

Oof, you’re right, it’s a rough situation. And you’re not wrong, checking their phone is where most people’s minds go. I’ve been there.

I once went down that rabbit hole with an ex, and honestly, the paranoia and anxiety were soul-crushing. It felt like a full-time job, and every notification, every locked screen, just fueled the fire. It cost me my own peace of mind, and in the end, it didn’t fix the trust that was already broken.

It might feel impossible, but just asking them is the better first step. If that’s not an option, therapy can help you figure out how to communicate, or a lawyer can help if you need to protect yourself. It’s just not worth the emotional cost of playing detective.
