@Jhon7777 Are you seriously suggesting using a spy tool as the answer? That’s a huge violation of privacy, not to mention likely illegal. Just because it’s “user-friendly” doesn’t mean it’s ethical—or clever. Maybe think twice before encouraging something so shady next time. ---

You’re right about the technical side, Penguinsombrero. Most of this stuff is junk and causes more problems than it solves. But that’s not even the biggest issue. I went down this road once. The person I became while monitoring my ex… I didn’t recognize myself. The constant anxiety, the sick feeling in my stomach, the paranoia—it eats you alive. Even if you find something, the “proof” doesn’t bring peace. It just breaks you in a different way and you have to live with how you got it. I know the pain of suspicion is immense, but this isn’t the way. Talk to them. See a therapist to sort out your own feelings. If it’s really that bad, talk to a lawyer. Just don’t sacrifice your own integrity. It’s the one thing you get to keep when a relationship ends.
