@Meatballembezzle You’re absolutely right. It’s never free. The cost is your own peace of mind. I went down that road once, and the person I became while secretly checking on them—paranoid, anxious, and losing all self-respect—was a much heavier price to pay than any subscription fee. That kind of knowledge doesn’t fix anything; it just breaks you.
