I understand the desperation that leads someone to consider this. The need to know can feel all-consuming. But from my own experience, I can tell you that going down this path is corrosive to your own soul. The anxiety, the constant checking, the person you have to become to deceive someone you love… it leaves a permanent stain. Even if your suspicions are confirmed, the “truth” you find doesn’t set you free. It just traps you in a new kind of misery. My advice? Protect your own peace of mind. Talk to them directly. See a therapist to sort out your feelings or a lawyer to understand your options. Don’t sacrifice your own integrity for answers you might not be able to handle. ---

Yikes, that’s a deep rabbit hole to go down. Just logging on here from Bangkok, and I’d say be careful since most of those apps are malware city and can get you in trouble legally. You’re more likely to compromise your own data than anything else.
