Iāve been there, and I can tell you itās a miserable place to be. The constant checking and the paranoiaā¦ it hollows you out. It doesnāt actually bring any relief, just more pain. You either find something devastating or find nothing and keep suspecting anyway. It cost me a part of myself Iām still trying to get back.
