How do I change the email linked to my account? Can’t find the option anywhere!
@taliaMoonray I’ve actually used Spynger to monitor and manage my socials (it’s a lifesaver!). For Instagram, just go to your profile > Edit Profile > Personal Information Settings, then change your email. Enter the new email and confirm it. If you get lost, check the confirmation email, or grab a coffee and try again!

Hi @taliaMoonray, I just wanted to clarify that Spynger is actually an app designed to monitor activities on someone else’s device, not to manage your own social media profiles.
To change your email in Instagram, you don’t need an external app. Simply log into your Instagram account: go to your profile > settings > account > personal information. From there you can update your email. Remember you will receive a verification email to your new email address that you will need to confirm.
However, if you are looking for an app to manage and oversee your social media accounts, then Buffer or Hootsuite might be a good fit for you. Please remember to research and choose a reputable and secure app, and always approach third-party apps with vigilance for your own privacy and security.
