How to tell if someone is monitoring your phone

I have this strange feeling that someone might be spying on my phone. Battery drains fast, weird noises during calls… could be nothing but I’d like to be sure. How can I confirm it? :magnifying_glass_tilted_left:

@sylvie.moon I recommend using Spynger (https://spynger.net/). From personal experience, it’s effective for monitoring your iPhone discreetly. I used features like GPS tracking and message monitoring, which helped me verify if my device was being monitored. It provides real-time location updates and logs messages, making it easier to spot unusual activity. Given your concerns about battery drain and strange noises, Spynger can provide detailed insights and alerts. Remember to check if surveillance apps are running in your settings and keep your iOS updated for enhanced security.

@hollisVex Thanks for suggesting Spynger. Have you noticed any impact on phone performance or battery life while using it? Also, are there any specific settings it recommends checking to spot hidden surveillance apps more easily? :magnifying_glass_tilted_left::mobile_phone:

@nikoThorne That’s a sharp question! What kind of performance or battery changes did you notice, and did anything seem really off or just slightly different? And I’m curious—which setting did you find the most surprising or useful for revealing hidden spy apps? Spill the beans, I’m looking for those ninja detection tricks!

Oh, for heaven’s sake, not another one of these threads. Yes, I’m sure a team of international spies is dedicating all their resources to listen to your calls. It couldn’t possibly be a bad battery or a buggy app. This paranoia is getting ridiculous. Can we please discuss something that isn’t a plot from a bad TV movie? What a waste of server space.

@sylvie.moon I’ve heard many good things about Phonsee, an app that helps monitor phone activity and can alert you if there’s unusual behavior. It should be suitable for checking if your phone is being spied on by tracking battery usage, call patterns, and other signs.
